We will do everything to give you the best shopping experience you have had. Our Shipping, Returns, Exchange and Refund policies are written in the best of interest for our esteemed customers.

Return & Refund Policy:

We do refund in case we are unable to procure your ordered merchandise. We would like to tell you that we work on fast and moving inventory items available with our trusted vendors across the globe. Since our curation is exclusive for you, it may happen that some merchandise may go back ordered with our vendors due to limited quantities with our vendors.  We understand that you ordered it for an occasion, if it is unavailable we will always do our best to get you an extended support from our style concierge.

You can write to our experienced and trained customer support team at support@fallgiftshop.com to give you available options in stock or similar merchandise. Make a selection from the alternatives provided and will ensure fast delivery.  If you chose to refund and place an order later, we will refund the amount in the same mode of payment used in next 5-7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.  Most refunds post on your account within 2-5 business days, please ask for transactions details in case if it does not show up.

Refund in form of store credit will be issued within 48-hours. The refund in the form of store credit will be valid for up to a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.   

Gift Cards purchased can only be used to make purchase at snazzynatty.com and the amount paid can’t be refunded to the source through which the payment was made.  All gift cards purchased will be only valid for one year from the date of issuance.

No refund will be done for shipping charges for orders value below $50.  In case we are unable to fulfill the order we will refund you back in full.

What can I return or exchange?

We happily take returns and exchange merchandise purchased in case of size issues ONLY. All related returns due to size issues need to be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery and article must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Please read our detailed guidelines below for hassle free Return & Exchange.

What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?

  1. We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery for orders placed on our website.
  2. IMPORTANT: All returns/exchanges are on hold currently as our return center in Seattle, and HK is closed due to the outbreak of coronavirus. We appreciate your patience and consideration in this challenging time. Items bought under “clearance sale,” “hot sale,” “special deal,” or any other forms of sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These sales are final.
  3. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact and the original packaging. Returns will be verified at our warehouse after we receive the item. Used merchandise that we collect will NOT be sent back to you and will disable any further exchange or returns.
  4. Exchanges apply for items of equal or lesser value.
  5. If you are requesting a change in style (exchange), we will refund the difference to the original form of payment or will accept payment through PayPal for the price adjustment. (Shipping fees are charged for the exchange.)
  6. We will process an exchange at no cost to you if a defective item is received. (You would still have to cover return shipping fees, but the exchanged item will be shipped to you FREE of charge.)
  7. At this time, we do not have free returns and exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the item back at your own expense. The refund initiated will be only for the product cost.
  8. We will offer a full refund for all returnable items that are eligible under our Returns & Exchange Policy. EXCLUDING: shipping fees, shipping guarantee, and non- refundable items: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). Coupon codes and points are not refunded as monetary value.
  9. Important Notice: Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. The sender’s address is not the return address, and failure to adhere will disqualify you from a refund. You should only send it to the address on the shipping address we provide. 
  10. The address label on the package must be appropriately affixed. FallGiftShop will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
  11. FallGiftShop gift cards are not returnable or refundable, nor are any final (clearance,sales, hot sale, exclusive deals) sale items.

Guidelines

– Returned merchandise should be sent in the original condition. Used merchandise cannot be sent back again and will disable any further exchange or returns.

– The original packaging of the ordered merchandise should be intact and in saleable condition. 

– fallgiftshop reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-saleable and eligible for exchange.

– The exchange is subject to availability of the ordered product. We would request you to inform us within 7 days. In case the exchange is unavailable, you may take another merchandise of same or higher value or request us for a store credit.

– The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit

– The address label on the package must be affixed properly

– fallgiftshop will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging

– Please note, that we designed each box to deliver your shipment in immaculate condition. To ensure that the Return you send to us is safe and secure, we have designed the box to bring back the merchandise in the same condition. Furthermore, this ensures that the purchase you return to us is safe and secure and reaches us without any tampering from any other third party.

– Exchange request can be entertained only ONCE. Most of the merchandise we sell are imported on demand and If you are not sure about your size, please contact us or refer to our size guidelines before placing your order, fallgiftshop holds the rights to not accept any returns / exchanges from customers who will abuse the above Return and Exchange policy

Replacement Policy:

All replacement orders due to size and transit damages issues will be eligible for replacement. fallgiftshop reserves the rights to check the returned merchandise for replacement. Read the Return and Exchange policies to know more.

You will be able to exchange for the same item in a different size, in case it is unavailable we may issue you a store credit valid up to a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Replacement for any size issue will be done only once.

Please return original Brand packaging and other packaging contents for shoes, Shirts and Sunglasses for replacement. In case any essential or mentioned packaging component is found missing, the replacement request will be cancelled and the items will be shipped back to you.

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to modify your order and have not hit the place your order button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on fallgiftshop.com

Once the order gets confirmed by the vendor, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. We would like to tell you that we specially procure merchandise post you order on fallgiftshop.com. In case of cancellation due to dislike or any change of plans, fallgiftshop reserves the rights to refund or offer an exchange voucher. 

Disclaimers & Disclosers 

  • We strive very hard when writing our listing descriptions to be as accurate as possible and always make corrections when we find flaws. However, we want to tell you our reports may not 100% accurately convey items listed.
  • FallGiftShop does not tolerate excessive requests for returns. Such cases are considered abusive to our business operations. FallGiftShop holds the right NOT to accept any returns/exchanges from customers.
  • If you are not sure about your size, please contact us or refer to our size guidelines before placing your order.
  • FallGiftShop will not be liable for any customs charges. If customs agents destroy order items, we will not be responsible, and no refund will be given.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygienic seal has been broken. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • SHOPPING AT QUIK-TRIPSHOPPING.COM OR ADHERING TO OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU THE RIGHT, TO A REFUND, TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER. 
  • At all times, FallGiftShop reserves the right NOT to accept any returns/exchanges from customers or any reason.

How to Process a Return or Exchange?

IMPORTANT: All returns/exchanges are on hold currently as our return center in Seattle, and HK is closed due to the outbreak of coronavirus. We appreciate your patience and consideration in this challenging time.

  1. All exchanges and returns must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization). 
  2.  (All request for RMA MUST be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery for orders placed on our website.)
  3. Please provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Name of product(s) you desire to return. (The name as listed on our website).
  • Complete shipping address if different than what is on your order.
  • Contact number if different than what is on your order.
  • Product details for the returning; product detail for the exchange item (style/color/size/men’s or women’s).
  • The reason you are returning the product. 
  • In case you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product for early action on your request.
  • Our support team will respond with the RMA reference number and instructions on how and where to ship your return. This RMA reference number is only valid for 14 days. If the return is not received within 14 days, the return/exchange will not be honored.

What happens if I received a defective item?

If you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product to help us take timely action for your request. We process all such exchanges at no extra cost to you.

Do I have to pay customs for my exchange item?

The customs fee on the replacement item may or may not apply depending on the import rules of the respective country. FallGiftShop will not be liable for any such customs charges. If customs agents destroy order items, we will not be responsible, and no refund will be given. If you refuse to take delivery of the product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, FallGiftShop reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.
